“My Nerd was perfect! My computer had crashed and I had a usb stick that had my files all on it. It was very old computer and accounting program and he worked so hard to get it up and running even downloaded a version of simply accounting for me so I could carry on. It had been stressful and he helped me through my issues. I was told they probably couldn’t be recovered and he got them for me! I was so impressed with his patience and ability to get my data formatted so I could read it. I will never go anywhere else with my computer!!! Thank you!!“
